At the ends of the year 2019 and at the beginnings to the year 2020, the world was hit by a global pandemic we call Covid-19, or in other names better known as the Coronavirus. This pandemic saw the world together as one facing a similar crisis, causing most parts of the world being on lockdown, businesses barred, social gatherings put to a halt, and individuals forced to stay at home.

While most saw this as a major downfall to global economy, affecting political climates and social activities, others saw this as a turning point for the world.

Maybe Mother Earth needed this to save herself, as global lockdown meant much lesser pollution.

Maybe every individual living in this world needed this pandemic to work as a wake up call to making us more conscious of what should be more important in life, than what we have been told to believe all this while.

Isolated and confined to our own homes, people were starting to get used to the new normal.

Through the spectacles of the internet and social media, we started to appreciate each other through our own ways of living, parenting, thoughts, debates, criticism, appreciation, skills sharing, offbeat antics, musics and what have yous.

This was mine.
